How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will arrive within 3-5 weeks of when the order was placed.

My friend has a white/blue/pink/etc. skirt that I love, but I don’t see it on your website in my size/at all. Can I still place an order for it?

If the size/color is not offered on the website, unfortunately, we are out of stock and can not offer it at this time. Although, we do encourage you to check your local dance stores that offer AMD skirts and see if maybe they have any left in stock!

Can I exchange my skirt?

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. There will be an additional non-refundable restocking/shipping fee of $5.00. Once you’ve confirmed you would like to exchange, you will be e-mailed a prepaid shipping label within 48 hours of the request. Exchanges can be drop in your mailbox or any blue box. We will go ahead and put in the exchange request for your new skirt. Once your return arrives at our offices, we will notify you and mail out your new skirt immediately. If exchanges are not received within 30 days of when the exchange was requested, it will not be honored.

Why does shipping take so long?

We are a very small company made up completely of professional performers. We oversee every aspect of production, and want to make sure every order is the best possible quality. We have also received a surge of recent success thanks to our popularity with ballerinas like Misty Copeland and Sarah Hay and are experiencing a large influx in orders. We appreciate every single order we get, and want to make sure every order get’s the attention it deserves!

Will you make me a custom skirt or leotard?

Due to the high demand we can not offer custom orders at this time.

When will you have my favorite color back in stock?

The best way to stay in the loop and find out when your favorite colors will be back. Our Instagram and Facebook page are the first places we will post the return of any old favorites, new favorites and sales!

My order was incorrect/there’s something wrong with my skirt. What do I do now?

First off, we’re so sorry for the mistake! Here at AMD we strive to make sure every skirt we send out is exemplary. Please email sales@abigailmentzerdesigns.comand we will work with you to fix the problem as quickly as possible!

Can I return my skirt?

Abigail Mentzer Designs does not accept returns on any item unless there is a defect in the production of that item. All returns need to be made within 14 days from when the item was received and in it’s original packaging. An exchange or credit will be issued for that item but no refund.
