How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders will arrive within 2-4 weeks of order date. For international orders, please allow 3-5 weeks.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. All exchange requests should be sent to our contact us form or email@example.com. There will be a non-refundable restocking/shipping fee of $5.00 to process exchanges. If exchanges do not arrive within 30 days of when the exchange was requested, it will not be honored. Skirts mailed back to the office without prior communication to customer service, are illegible for exchanges.
Abigail Mentzer Designs does not accept returns on any item unless there is a manufacturing defect. All returns requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or through our contact us form within 14 days.
For Pop Up Boutique purchases all sales are final and nonexchangeable after the end of the pop up sale. Skirts purchased at a pop up, can not be exchanged for any item online.
My friend has a white/blue/pink/etc. skirt that I love, but I don’t see it on your website in my size/at all. Can I still place an order for it?
If the size/color is not offered on the website, unfortunately, we are out of stock and can not offer it at this time. Although, we do encourage you to check your local dance stores that offer AMD skirts and see if maybe they have any left in stock!
Why does shipping take so long?
We are a very small company made up completely of professional performers. We oversee every aspect of production, and want to make sure every order is the best possible quality. We have also received a surge of recent success thanks to our popularity with ballerinas like Misty Copeland and Sarah Hay and are experiencing a large influx in orders. We appreciate every single order we get, and want to make sure every order get’s the attention it deserves!
Will you make me a custom skirt or leotard?
Due to the high demand we can not offer custom orders at this time.
When will you have my favorite color back in stock?
The best way to stay in the loop and find out when your favorite colors will be back. Our Instagram and Facebook page are the first places we will post the return of any old favorites, new favorites and sales!
My order was incorrect/there’s something wrong with my skirt. What do I do now?
First off, we’re so sorry for the mistake! Here at AMD we strive to make sure every skirt we send out is exemplary. Please email email@example.com we will work with you to fix the problem as quickly as possible!
